Carmen is a chartered mechanical engineer at the University of Rome and has awarded a Master in Industrial and Management Engineering. After a brief experience in a Dutch company as equipment engineer she is working in the railway for more than 15 years in different areas such as maintenance planning, operation management and call for fundings. She is CER speaker, member of several working groups related to RU/IM information standardization, member of RNE TIS Advisory board and has been nominated as chairwoman for the JSG Pilot Programme.
