Registration is possible online at the conference web page. The number of participants is limited.

- Accompanying person: € 190 (only Special Events: Gala Dinner, Czech Dinner, excursion)
- Sending an official „Letter of Invitation“ for visa: € 65
- Individual Fee for Press (IRFC Media partners): € 190 (Special Events [Gala Dinner, Czech Dinner, Railway excursion] not included)
- Individual Fee – Universities, academia: € 190 (Special Events [Gala Dinner, Czech Dinner, Railway excursion] not included)
21% VAT is not included. After receiving your registration, we will confirm it and send you by e-mail an invoice for the fee. Payment must be received prior to the event. (In case we do not receive your payment by the date of expiry of the invoice, we will notice you and subsequently, your registration could be cancelled.)
The fee includes
- Entry to the conference and exhibition
- Conference proceedings
- Refreshments and lunch during breaks
- Gala Evening (day 1)

Where cancellations are submitted after October 15, 2020, a cancellation charge of € 200 + VAT will be incurred. The full fee will be charged for cancellations received after October 31, 2020. If a participant is unable to attend, a substitute may take part instead.
